Question 1

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Nationwide from Lekki. Lagos mainland and island arrive in one to two working days, the South West in two to three, and the rest of the country in three to five.

Question 2

What does delivery cost?

Accepted Answer

₦3,500 within Lagos, ₦7,000 for the South West and ₦9,500 nationwide. Orders above ₦75,000 ship free anywhere in Nigeria.

Question 3

Can I collect my order instead?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect at 51 Alhaji Mudashiru Eletu Street, Lekki, Tuesday to Sunday between 10:00 and 19:00. We hold orders for five days.

Question 4

Do you ship outside Nigeria?

Accepted Answer

Ghana and the United Kingdom are available at checkout. Rates are quoted per order because parcel weight drives the cost, so message us before paying if you want a firm figure.

Question 5

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

Card or transfer through Paystack, a manual bank transfer, or cash and transfer to the rider on delivery inside Lagos.

Question 6

Is pay on delivery available everywhere?

Accepted Answer

Lagos only. Outside Lagos the courier requires payment before dispatch.

Question 7

Do prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

Product prices are shown before tax. VAT at 7.5% is added in the order summary at checkout, alongside delivery.

Question 8

I have never used hard wax. Where do I start?

Accepted Answer

The complete waxing kit has the heater, beads, cleansing gel and soothing oil in one box, which is cheaper than buying them separately. Every listing also carries usage notes and precautions.

Question 9

What temperature should hard wax be?

Accepted Answer

Warm enough to spread like honey and no hotter. Test a small amount on your inner wrist first. If it stings on the wrist it will burn elsewhere.

Question 10

How do I avoid ingrown hairs?

Accepted Answer

Soothing oil the same day, then the ingrown hair serum from day three onward. Exfoliate twice a week between sessions, not immediately after waxing.

Question 11

Are the products safe for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

The cleansing gel, soothing oil, rose toner and foaming cleanser are formulated for sensitive skin. Patch test anything with active ingredients, and skip acids for 48 hours after waxing.

Question 12

Is everything you sell authentic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We stock what we use on paying clients, bought through the same suppliers as the treatment room.

Question 13

Can I return a product?

Accepted Answer

Sealed, unopened products can be exchanged within seven days of delivery. Opened skincare cannot be resold, so we cannot take it back unless it arrived damaged or wrong.

Question 14

My order arrived damaged. What now?

Accepted Answer

Send a photo on WhatsApp the day it arrives and we replace it at our cost, including delivery.

Question 15

How do I reschedule an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Free up to 12 hours before your slot. Message us and we move it. Inside 12 hours we ask for half the treatment price because the slot cannot be refilled.

Question 16

Do you take walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

Only if a slot is open. We see one client at a time and run three appointments a day, so booking ahead is the reliable route.
